- Meet Amanda, affectionately known as "Manda Boss Babe," a vibrant and go-getting entrepreneur who brings a happy and positive energy to everything she does. She was adopted into a loving and supportive family at 6 months old from Seoul, Korea. Amanda’s adoption was a miracle, she was abandoned at a bus stop as a newborn, someone found her and brought her to an orphanage. Because there was no internet, her adopted parents picked Amanda out of a picture book and said “that’s the one.” At that moment although Amanda didn’t know it yet, her life was changed forever! From a bus stop in Korea, to the arms of her parents in America at the age of 6 months. Just wow! Unfortunately her dad passed away when she was 14 years old and her mom passed in 2009, but she kept going and became a stronger woman! These experiences instilled in her the values of gratitude, family, resilience, strength and the importance of life!
- Growing up in a nurturing environment, Amanda learned the true meaning of dedication. She understood that success in any endeavor required an unwavering commitment and a willingness to put in the effort to achieve her goals. This lesson served as the foundation for her journey towards personal and professional growth.
- Throughout her life, she has demonstrated loyalty not only to her loved ones but also to her aspirations and dreams. When she sets her mind on something, she stays loyal to the cause, giving her all to make it a reality. Hard work became Amanda's second nature as she embraced challenges head-on. Her adopted parents instilled in her the value of hard work, encouraging her to persevere through obstacles and never back down from pursuing her dreams. This work ethic became her guiding light, leading her to excel in her endeavors and become a source of inspiration for others.
- As Amanda navigated through life, she discovered that her unique background shaped her into a compassionate and accomplished individual. She believes in giving back to the community, offering support and guidance to those in need. Through her experiences, she has become a role model for others, teaching them the true essence of staying dedicated, loyal, and hardworking in their pursuit of personal and professional fulfillment.
- As a devoted mother of three daughters, Amanda balances her personal and professional life with remarkable skill. At the age of 18, she was hired to open up some of the very first BJ's Bar & Brewery locations all over the US, however she quickly realized the restaurant industry just wasn't her passion. She fearlessly ventured into the business world at age 19, taking on new obstacles, and then she took the beauty industry by storm creating Lashes on Broadway, Elite Influence Network, Broadway SkinCare & Broadway Beauty Academy. Within the first 2 years of opening, Amanda and her team had opened over 48 locations nationwide, proving her unparalleled ability to build and expand businesses. Over the course of 15 years, she has become a true pioneer in the beauty industry, leading the way in innovative treatments like lash extensions, brow extensions, microblading, plasma skin tightening, glow facials and more. Some of these services she was the first to launch in Orange County, CA.
- Through her academy, Amanda has shared her expertise with over 9000 students, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in the beauty industry and making a significant impact on the industry.
- Recently, Amanda launched Primp Vegas, a venture aimed at creating a one stop shop for beauty professionals and customers looking for great deals, and luxury beauty services. She strives to target aspiring entrepreneurs and guide them through the process of starting and growing their beauty businesses. Her expertise in business development and marketing sets her apart, making her the ideal mentor for those striving to make their mark in the beauty industry.
- Amanda's journey is an inspiring tale of hard work, passion, and a commitment to helping others thrive in the beauty world. With her magnetic personality and personable approach, she continues to leave a lasting impact on both her clients and the industry at large.
